Android 5.0 Lollipop Receive New 'On-Body Detection Smart Lock

Apart from 'Trusted devices' and 'Trusted places' for smart locking or unlocking your Android device, Google has released a new feature, something helpful. Introducing the new 'On-body detection' feature to Smart Lock menu. With the help of this option, a user can now keep their devices unlocked depending upon the proximity to their own body.

This feature was first spotted by Android Police on Friday, and this feature is available also in Google Nexus 4 smartphone which runs Android version 5.0.1 Lollipop.

The 'On-body detection' feature keeps the device once unlocked until the time the device user is holding the device or if near the body (eg: - pocket or handbag). This is helpful when you leave your device somewhere else and as soon as it goes out of the body's proximity it get locked, also before the time you sleep and lock time.
